We continue to operate as an essential service during the shelter in place order.

Your pickup schedule will not change. Please help us by keeping our drivers safe by wiping down the handles of your trash and recycling cans.

We will not be accepting walk-in customers in our office at this time. However, our office staff is still working so please call or email our office for assistance.

Office Holidays

Our office is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day, Columbus Day, Memorial Day, President’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Fourth of July

Collection Holidays

The only days our garbage, recycling and compost trucks don’t operate are Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Visit our Holiday Information page for more information.

Three Ways to Pay Your Bill

  • Log into your account and to pay your bill online
  • Mail a check when your invoice arrives
  • Set up reoccurring payment with auto-pay (see Auto-Pay Form below)

Log In to Your Account

Create or log in to your user account and have all of your account information at your fingertips.

  • Make a payment
  • Set up reoccurring payment
  • Review your services
  • Add services (additional pickups, cleanup service, e-waste collection, etc.)
  • View your pick-up calendar and confirm your collection day(s)

Vacation Holds

Residents may request to put a vacation hold on service for a minimum of three months without any reactivation fee. For vacation holds less than three months, a $20 reactivation fee will apply. (Note: residents within the Mill Valley city limits only may request a vacation hold for a minimum of three weeks without a reactivation fee.) 

Missed Service

We make every effort to provide the best service possible. If your garbage, recycling or compost carts are skipped on your regular service day, please call our office or leave a message after hours on our 24-hour voice-mail system at 415-457-9760, and we will pick up your cart or return your call on the following morning.

Auto-Pay Form

Would you like to conveniently and automatically pay your bill directly from your bank account? We can do that! Please download and complete the Auto-Pay Form, and mail it back to us with a voided check. Upon receipt we will set up your account for automatic bill payment.

Cancel Recurring Payment

To cancel your recurring payment, you must submitted a request via written notice. Please email with your request.
