Residential service includes weekly refuse and recycling collection and bi-weekly service for Green Cans.

Residential customers must purchase their own 20, 32 or 45 gallon can. Each size has their own separate rate.

Trash cans must be in a visible location (accessible side or backyard locations are ok) by 5:00 a.m. on the designated pickup day.

If you have any extra trash which does not fit inside your regular can or cans, it is our policy that you call a day before your pickup (by 1:00 p.m.) and speak with a representative to place an order for the extra pickup.

If your garbage, recycling or green cans are skipped on your regular service day, or if you have any questions about billing or other services, call during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), or leave a message after hours on our 24-hour voice-mail system at 415-457-9760, and we will pick up your skip or return your call on the following morning.
